Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern your use of the website and services of The Testo Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN [REQUIRES CLIENT INPUT: registered ABN]), 119 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest NSW 2065. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
The service we provide
The Testo Clinic provides doctor-led men's health assessment and, where clinically appropriate, treatment. Our service begins with a consultation. Any symptoms assessment or questionnaire on this site is a screening tool only; it does not diagnose any condition and does not guarantee that medication will be provided.
Consultations and prescribing
A consultation is an assessment, not a prescription. Treatment, including any prescription, is provided only where a registered doctor deems it clinically appropriate after a real-time consultation and, where indicated, pathology testing. Completing an intake form is not a consultation. The prescribing decision rests with the treating practitioner, who may also recommend lifestyle advice, referral, further investigation, or no treatment.
Telehealth limitations
Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances.
Your choice of pharmacy
If a prescription is issued, you are free to have it dispensed at the pharmacy of your choice. Any pharmacy we work with is an Australian pharmacy authorised under relevant state and territory pharmacy and medicines laws.
Fees and cancellations
The initial consultation is free. Fees for any subsequent services will be made clear to you before you proceed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation fee of [REQUIRES CLIENT INPUT: fixed $ or % fee] applies to late cancellations or missed appointments.
Confidentiality and its limits
We keep your information confidential in line with our Privacy Policy. However, the law requires us to disclose information in limited circumstances, including where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, child protection obligations, mandatory notifications under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (section 140), or a court order or subpoena.
If you are in crisis
Our service is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, call 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Third parties
We work with third parties such as pathology providers and pharmacies. Nothing in these terms limits the professional duties owed to you by any treating practitioner, and nothing excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Any refunds are handled except as required under Australian Consumer Law, including where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
