(Sound familiar?)

The signs are easy to
explain away.

Most men put it down to age, stress or a busy life, and push on. Sometimes that is exactly what it is. Sometimes there is more to the story.

Take the two-minute assessment
  • 01 Persistent fatigue and low energy
  • 02 Brain fog and trouble concentrating
  • 03 A noticeable drop in sex drive
  • 04 Strength and stamina slipping away
  • 05 Recovery that takes longer than it used to
  • 06 Low, flat or irritable moods
  • 07 Broken, unrefreshing sleep

(The signs, up close)

What men
notice first.

The changes men most often raise with us. They are common, they have many possible causes, and only a doctor and a blood test can tell whether any of them has a treatable cause behind it.

01

Running on empty

Persistent fatigue and low energy, even after a full night's sleep.

02

Foggy head

Losing your train of thought, with words on the tip of your tongue.

03

Drive gone quiet

A drop in sex drive, or changes you have noticed.

04

Strength slipping

Harder to build or hold the muscle you used to.

05

Slow to recover

Training, or a big week, takes longer to bounce back from.

06

Shorter fuse

Flat, low or irritable moods that are not really like you.

07

Restless sleep

Waking unrefreshed, no matter how many hours you get.

A symptoms assessment is not a diagnosis.

(How it works)

The method,
not the guess.

A real, doctor-led process and a full pathology screen. No guesswork, just data and a doctor, before anything is decided.

The doctor-led pathway

  1. 01

    Consultation

Free and no obligation. Your symptoms, health and goals.

  2. 02

    Pathology screen

A real blood test. A full panel, not a single number.

  3. 03

    Doctor review

A clinician decides what is appropriate, or that it is not.

  4. 04

    Monitoring

Reviewed and adjusted over time, with repeat testing.

  2. First review
  3. Repeat bloods
  4. Adjust
  5. Ongoing

Care continues. It is not set once and forgotten.

Every program at The Testo Clinic begins with a real consultation with a doctor. This is never a questionnaire that ends in a prescription.

(The Testo Clinic difference)

Considered care,
the way it should be.

Here at The Testo Clinic, we have helped Australian men get clear answers about their health since 2010. Assess properly, test before deciding, and stay with you afterwards.

Australia-wide telehealth

Care from wherever you are, handled discreetly and at your pace.

Doctor-led assessment

Real consultations with experienced doctors, never a form that prints a script.

Pathology-confirmed

Suitability is confirmed with blood testing, not assumptions or guesswork.

Ongoing monitoring

Reviewed and adjusted over time, not set once and forgotten.

Wondering shouldn’t
be the plan.

Guessing

  • Putting it down to getting older
  • Pushing through the fatigue
  • Guessing from a symptom checklist
  • Hoping it sorts itself out

Knowing

  • Blood-tested answers
  • A doctor-led plan, if appropriate
  • Care shaped around your results
  • Reviewed and adjusted over time

This is not about replacing your GP. It is about actually finding out what is going on, and doing something considered about it.

(If treatment is right for you)

What treatment
may help with.

At The Testo Clinic, for men with a clinically confirmed cause, treatment may help support everyday energy, mood, drive, concentration and overall quality of life. It is not a quick fix, and it is not for everyone.

Like any medical treatment, it carries potential risks and side effects, which your doctor will talk through with you. Whether it is suitable, and how you respond, varies from one person to the next.

Individual results vary based on your unique biology and circumstances. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome.

  • Energy Steadier day-to-day energy
  • Mood A more even, less flat mood
  • Drive Renewed drive and motivation
  • Focus Clearer concentration
  • Wellbeing A better sense of being yourself

(Behind the assessment)

Real doctors.
A real assessment.

Here at The Testo Clinic, your care is led by experienced doctors who review your history, symptoms and pathology results before any treatment is considered. No assumptions, no shortcuts, and a clear answer either way.

(Good questions)

The things men
ask us first.

Straight answers, no jargon. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Ask a question
What could be behind these symptoms?

Low energy, low drive, poor focus and a flat mood can have many causes, and some are treatable medical ones that tend to come on gradually with age. A consultation and a blood test are how a doctor works out whether there is an underlying cause worth addressing, rather than assuming.

Do my symptoms mean something is wrong?

Not necessarily. These symptoms are common and have many possible causes. Only a medical assessment and a blood test can confirm whether there is a treatable cause behind how you are feeling.

Is treatment right for everyone?

No. Treatment is only appropriate for some men, and only after a doctor has reviewed your health and your results. For others it is not suitable, and your doctor may suggest other options or no treatment at all.

What does the assessment involve?

A consultation about your symptoms and health, a consultation with a doctor where appropriate, and a pathology request to check the relevant levels and your general health before anything is decided.

Is it discreet?

Yes. Consultations are private and can be done from home, anywhere in Australia, at a time that suits you.

What are the possible side effects?

As with any treatment, it has potential risks. Depending on the person, these can include effects on sleep apnea, the skin (such as acne), the prostate, breast tissue, fertility and sperm production, and red blood cell levels. Your doctor will discuss the risks relevant to you and monitor you over time.
